Remember if you cannot access a vendor from the NAT 14 exhibitor website, they are not a preferred, contracted, discounted vendor partner working on behalf of NAT. You will get unauthorized calls, emails or mail from wholesalers, travel agencies and suppliers to solicit your business. Order forms from Freeman and ALL official show vendors are located in the online Exhibitor Service Kit.
You may be solicited by third-party companies that act as travel agencies or destination management companies for room reservations. DO NOT accept offers from these scam artists alleging to represent SME or Marriott Hotels. The only approved booking source for this meeting is through the JW Marriott which has blocked rooms for this meeting. These companies are not in any way affiliated with SME or authorized to act on our behalf. If you book a reservation with one of these companies, you do so at your own risk. SME will not be able to act on your behalf should problems arise with your reservation, deposit or cancellation of your room. Housing officially opens April 1st.
