I wanted to share a great presentation idea on the importance of mining and minerals in everyday life. Mike Kaas has created a model of house components as the center of a presentation on Minerals in Your House (see attached photos). Along with handouts (see attached), this is a great way to reach students and have them take the message home with them to their parents and siblings.
