Welcome or welcome back to the Northern Nevada SME Chapter! Thank you to all our 2024/25 members and sponsors. We had a very successful and engaging
year. Nine very well-attended meetings covered a wide variety of interesting topics, and with that came abundant student engagement and scholarships.

I was one of those students! 

My name is Luana Quintiliano, and I am serving as this term's Social Media, Event, and Student Representative. As a Mining Engineer second-year at the University of Nevada, Reno and current intern at Round Mountain Gold Corporation, this society has benefited me and others alike in more ways than one, and membership support makes this possible.
