Thanks to all who came out ... there is quite an age spread in the workforce, and SME section. Heavier at the top and bottom .. with a very lean middle... We encourage the middle and newcomers .. some on the sites only 12 weeks .... to engage and share new tools, work practices, and experiences.
Of note, this week and before, there were additional Mnie site-related fatalities. Please look out for your brother and sister miners -- CONTRACTORS on site are miners as well.
