ABSTRACT
An overview of Phosphates, Potash & Nitrogen, the three essential fertilizer components will describe world-wide production tonnages, reserves and pricing along with identifying the major players and current trends in fertilizer markets.

A visual tour of the OCP(Morocco) phosphates mines in central Morocco will describe current
operations and modern advancements in dealing will fertilizer production and environmental
conditions including water conservation. The tour will also show how OCP is developing expanded agricultural markets in west Africa and the impact of OCP on the Moroccan economy.

BIOGRAPHY
Bill Wilson holds a Professional Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is currently Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TUVERA Exploration Inc. and a director and chair of the audit committees of Delrand Resources Limited Ltd. and Loncor Resources Inc. Previously Bill was Vice President of Kaiser Canada, President of Humphreys Mineral Industries, President of Basin Perlite Company, President and CEO of Banro Corporation, and President of New Horizon Uranium Corporation. He is a visiting lecturer and adviser to the Colorado School of Mines and the South Dakota School of Mines. He has worked in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Central Asia and Africa on precious metals and industrial minerals projects. He is a member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America as a Qualified Professional in Mining, Metallurgy/Processing and Environmental Compliance, a member of the Canadian Institute of
Mining and Metallurgy, a fifty-year member of the Society of Mining Metallurgy and Exploration, a past chairman and honorary life member of the Colorado Mining Association and a member of the Prospectors and Development Association of Canada.
