A reminder that online registration for the 2026 CoalProTec Conference & Exhibition co-sponsored with SME/Central Appalachian Section is next Tuesday, April 27. After the 27th will require onsite registration.
CoalProTec is a 3-day event that begins with a coal prep maintenance workshop (Monday only), followed by the keynote address, exhibits and technical sessions (Tuesday-Wednesday). The exhibition will feature over 60 exhibitors.
SME/Central Appalachian Section attendees will have the opportunity to get 7-8 pdhs over the 2 days of technical sessions and keynote address. (There will be no Zoom attendance for the sessions.) The agenda is attached.
SME/CAS attendees will register for the Exhibit/Tech registration fee of $250. This fee includes admission Tuesday and Wednesday to the exhibit floor, the keynote address, the technical sessions and two lunches.
To register, please fill out the attached fillable registration form and email it to coalprepsociety@gmail.com. Toni Franklin, the CPSA administrator/registration coordinator will send you an invoice to securely pay via your credit card, which will be your receipt of payment. IMPORTANT! Please make sure you fill out the membership portion on the registration form. Click that you are a SME member and enter your SME member number in the form field OR enter SME and your initials (ex. SME-GC).
