The SME Minnesota Section will hold its annual business meeting on April 9, 2025, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in Meeting Room 1 of the Iron Trail Motors Event Center in Virginia, MN, at the conclusion of the SME MN Conference. The 2025 agenda and 2025 minutes are attached. The meeting will include: updates from the Section, including a report on Section and Subsection activities, and financial status; as well as the election of the SME Minnesota Board for 2025-2026. The bylaws by which the section operates have been updated and attached, and approval of these updates will be voted on during the meeting. The last update was in 2018, and that document is attached as well. You do not need to be registered for the SME MN conference to attend the business meeting, however voting on the board slate and bylaws is reserved for current SME members.
