When you get your dues bill check over the contact and profile information listed on the form. If we have any information wrong, you can update it on the dues bill or contact Customer Service using your preferred method of communication. Our Customer Service Team is also able to help you if you will send an email to cs@smenet.org. Provide us with any changes that you need to have and we are more than happy to assist you. In fact, if you need your company affiliation updated email is the best way to let us know about the change.

For example, did you know that members can update their information right here in the community? The member just clicks on their SME Community Profile Page and select edit contact information. This is located below the member’s email address.

Mary, did you know that SME will be sending out the 2013 Membership Statement at the end of August? To ensure that our members receive their Mining Engineering magazine and other SME communications in a timely manner it is important that each member’s contact information is current. We offer several ways for SME Members to update their contact and profile information.
