SME is accepting applications December 1-31, 2015 for the 2016-2017 Congressional Fellowship program. The SME Fellow will spend one year working as a mining-specific expert resource on the staff of a member of Congress or congressional committee. SME is pleased to offer a seasoned mining expert the chance to apply his or her practical mining experience and knowledge to positively affect change in the laws that govern the U.S. mining and minerals industry in Washington, D.C.
