Thanks to all of you who answered the Survey Monkey, SME will be selling the t-shirt at the Annual Meeting for $15 (no tax). It will be available for purchase in the Bookstore for pre-orders and mailed to you in March. The popular colors were white and sand. Sizes range from XXXLarge to Youth Small.
