Speaker: Justin Tolman, Senior Geologist at New Gold, "New Gold's Rainy River Gold Project, NW Ontario"
Mr. Tolman has over 17 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry across a wide range of commodities and geographies. Prior to joining New Gold in 2012, Justin worked as General Manager – Chile for Exeter Resources where he oversaw all technical, exploration and administrative functions. During this tenure, Exeter discovered and developed the 19 million ounce Caspiche porphyry gold deposit. Earlier, Justin worked on the Newmont team that discovered the over three million ounce McPhillamy’s gold deposit in New South Wales, Australia.
Justin holds a 1st Class Honors in Applied Science – Economic Geology Major – from James Cook University, and a MBA from La Trobe University, both in Australia.
Justin and his family now call Aurora, Cololorado home.
